Since 2005 Bronze Free Range turkeys have been scratching about from mid summer to Christmas. They have the full run of the 5 acres and are only kept in at night and for the first few weeks while they need additional heat.
Only 150 turkeys will be produced at Newfoundland in 2011 and each one will be dispatched and dry plucked on site prior to being hung for approximately ten days then eviserated just prior to delivery in time for Christmas dinn er.
There is a weight range averaging about 7kg however we try to ensure that each customer gets as near what they request as possible.
Orders are taken from September onwards.
